Yes. The hearing test and consultation are free.
How long does it take?
About 30–45 minutes including the initial conversation.

We’ll try to see you, but we recommend booking so you don’t have to wait.
Hearing aids
Which hearing aid is best?
The best one suits your hearing loss, ear shape, habits and budget. We decide together after your test.
One ear or both?
If both ears have hearing loss, two hearing aids are usually recommended; the brain locates sound and understands speech better with two ears.
Are hearing aids visible?
Many models are now very small. Custom in-canal models are almost invisible.
How long does a charge last?
It depends on the model and use, but a full charge usually lasts all day.
Will it connect to my phone?
Bluetooth models connect to iPhone and many Android phones to stream calls and music directly.
How much do hearing aids cost?
It depends on the technology level, model and SGK contribution. We share suitable options transparently after your test.
Trial, warranty and service
Can I try before buying?
Yes, you can try suitable models in your daily life free of charge.
What warranty do I get?
Devices carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by model. We handle service during the warranty.
How should I clean my hearing aid?
Wipe daily with a dry, soft cloth and change filters and domes as recommended. Drop in for regular maintenance.
Do you service hearing aids bought elsewhere?
Yes, we offer adjustments and care for the brands we work with. Please let us know in advance.
SGK
What do I need for the SGK contribution?
An ENT specialist report and a hearing aid prescription. See our SGK contribution page.
How often can I claim?
For adults usually every 5 years; different rules may apply for children and special cases.
